In 2022, the new uniform will only be worn by all players.
During 2019, we have undergone an extensive process to ensure the long term, high quality, consistent supply of uniforms to the Hawthorn Hockey Club.
The styles we selected have been guided by player feedback, and our final uniform is a compilation of designs submitted by several manufacturers who tendered for our uniforms.
Our on-field tops and bottoms will be supplied by Canterbury, who, since 1904, has been recognised for their quality and longevity. Canterbury Teamwear provides hockey uniforms to major state bodies, including Hockey Tasmania and Hockey South Australia.
Our socks will be custom design ThinSkins active socks; a specialist technical sock manufacturer and a brand of hockey socks we are all familiar with.
One Club, One Team, One Uniform
Our new uniform achieves a goal of whole club consistency. All players from masters to junior’s just starting their hockey journey, from Premier League to District, from boys to men and girls to women, will wear the same uniform in 2021.
The complete playing kit of five items (red playing top, white clash top, royal bottom, royal playing socks and red clash socks) will be sold at a special package price of $150. Individual items will be available at recommended retail prices.
