2009 Try Out Hockey.

The Hawthorn Hockey Club is again running four 1 hour sessions to introduce kids aged 5 - 12 to Hockey.

Dates:  Monday’s 9th, 16th,23rd & 30th November 2009

Time:    4:30 to 5:30pm

Cost:    $40 (includes a stick and ball provided at the first session)

Bring:   Mouthguard, runners and water bottle.

Where:  Hawthorn Hockey Clubhouse - 482 Auburn Road, Hawthorn East

Pay:       Payments can be made immediately through this online facility.          PAY NOW

What a year 2008 has been for the HHC.

We achieved eight premierships across the club in 2008, including the prestigious State League 1 Men’s and Women’s divisions.

Congratulations to Paul McKinnon who won the the Fin McNab award for the Best and Fairest in the men’s State League 1 competition.

GEORGE BAZELEY TO PLAY FOR AUSTRALIA

Congratulations to George Bazeley, the goalkeeper for Hawthorn Hockey Club’s SL1 team and Victorian Vikings, on his call up to the Australian men’s hockey team “The Kookaburras”. Well done George and all the best as you travel to join your new teammates over the other side of this massive country for your debut against the Dutch.
